We are looking for a Housing and Facilities Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining housing and facility assets. You will oversee projects, conduct property inspections and audits in 13 communities, and coordinate accommodation needs in remote communities for internal staff and external stakeholders.

  • This position is based in Alice Springs, with approximately 20% of work time spent travelling to and working in remote communities - including overnight stays - within our area of service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain housing and facility assets
  • Oversee projects related to housing and facilities management
  • Conduct property inspections and audits in 13 communities
  • Coordinate accommodation needs in remote communities for internal staff and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in facilities, assets, or project management
  • Ability to acquire a NT Ochre card and hold a current driver's licence
