About The Role

You will play a key role in managing and maintaining housing and facility assets. This includes overseeing projects, conducting property inspections and audits in 13 communities, and coordinating accommodation needs in remote communities for internal staff and external stakeholders.

This position is based in Alice Springs, with approximately 20% of work time spent travelling to and working in remote communities within our area of service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain housing and facility assets
  • Oversee projects, conduct property inspections and audits in 13 communities
  • Coordinate accommodation needs in remote communities for internal staff and external stakeholders
Key Skills:
  • Extensive experience in facilities, assets, or project management
  • Ability to acquire a NT Ochre card and hold a current driver's licence
  • Adaptability, collaboration, and passion for making a difference
