
Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a Property Coordinator to manage and maintain assets efficiently.
This role requires expertise in property management, inventory control, and documentation to ensure accountability, compliance, and proper handling of property and equipment.
The successful candidate will streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to support mission-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a departmental property coordinator/custodian system
- Oversee the administration and physical control of Government/customer property
- Ensure functional procedures are compliant with Government Program Manager and site appendix requirements
- Generate, coordinate, submit, and implement revisions or changes to property procedures/work instructions
- Establish and maintain control records
- Coordinate property management matters with affected departments/organizations/groups
- Support property reviews and audits
- Act as the primary contact point with AGPC organization
- Implement industry leading practices, voluntary consensus standards, and standardized forms
- Manage the administration and physical control of Government/customer property
- Must be a US or Australian citizen
- Must possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a property coordinator
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
