Windows Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, maintenance, and support of our ICT infrastructure.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows systems administration, including experience with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.
  • They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows environments, as well as providing Level 3 support for complex technical issues.
  • The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Windows Systems Administration: Design, implement, and maintain Windows environments, including desktop productivity software and corporate device configurations.
  • Messaging and Collaboration: Manage enterprise messaging and collaboration environments, including Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Teams.
  • Remote Access: Implement and manage enterprise remote access solutions, including virtual desktops and VPNs.
  • Patching and Deployment: Package and deploy applications, as well as manage automated patching processes.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • Experience/knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (M365 Pro Plus) including servicing, update channels, and M365 licensing.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, and Group Policy configuration (including Advanced Group Policy Management).
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)/Mobile Access Management (MAM) through Intune.
  • MECM (SCCM) and Intune skills including SOE creation/maintenance, application packaging, and patching.
  • Strong experience in writing technical documentation including SOPs and design documentation.
