Senior Infrastructure Specialist

This position is available within a high-performing CIO Division, where you will contribute to the delivery of enabling services and technology solutions that support national economic and scientific initiatives.

As a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will be part of the Infrastructure Services team responsible for maintaining and enhancing Windows Server environments, resolving major incidents, and supporting business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Windows Server operating systems and associated services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents.
  • Monitor systems and apply patches using Microsoft System Centre and Intune.
  • Support cyber security initiatives and compliance with government standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Windows Server Expertise
Advanced experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, PKI, ADFS, File and Print, DFS, GPO, and AGPM.

Systems Monitoring & Patching
Proficiency in Microsoft System Centre (SCOM, SCCM/MECM) and Intune.

Cyber Security Knowledge
Understanding of tools and methodologies including whitelisting, firewalls, vulnerability scanners, and device control.
