Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the infrastructure operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring our Windows environments remain secure, reliable, and optimised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new infrastructure solutions and upgrades to improve service capability.
  • Apply robust security practices across platforms, including vulnerability management, device control, and application whitelisting.
  • Monitor and maintain systems using Microsoft System Centre and Intune, ensuring timely updates and patch compliance.
  • Administer and support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, PKI, ADFS, file/print services, DFS, and Group Policy.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where necessary to ensure minimal service disruption.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with Windows Server administration and infrastructure deployment.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and risk management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
