Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide a professional welcome for visitors to the workplace
  • Maintain security guidelines for the front office
  • Ensure a professional presentation of the office, meeting rooms, reception area, and kitchens
  • Coordinate with staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform general housekeeping and administrative tasks
  • Process petty cash and manage staff reimbursements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role (minimum 1 year)
