Residential Real Estate Specialist

As a residential real estate agent, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process of properties in your local region. Your knowledge of market trends, buyer behaviour, and property presentation will enable you to deliver informed advice and build trusted relationships with vendors and buyers.

You will work closely with homeowners, investors, and prospective buyers to provide detailed appraisals, market insights, and tailored marketing strategies that showcase each property's unique features and lifestyle appeal. Success in this role requires strong community connections, a professional approach, and the ability to confidently navigate digital and traditional marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process for residential properties
  • Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups to drive interest and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers to deliver a seamless sales experience
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to maximise property exposure
  • Accurately appraise properties and provide informed market advice to clients

In addition, you will ensure compliance with all relevant professional standards and reporting requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have:
