Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, builders, and commercial plumbers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on large WA projects with a close-knit team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support clients with product and service offerings.
  • Develop new business opportunities through presentations, product proposals, and tenders.
  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues and a dedicated sales support team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship building skills and high customer service focus.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and ready for a new challenge.
  • Good time management and planning.
  • Experience with Microsoft and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous sales or key account management experience, particularly within the construction/development industry, is advantageous.
  • Current driver's license.
