Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to help drive growth and expansion in the independent retail space.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

The Senior Business Development Representative will play a critical role in helping us take our premium-quality Bluewave range from idea to icon in the independent retail space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the independent retail space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and other partners.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
