Customer Service Officer Job Description

This role involves acting as the first point of contact for customers, meeting and greeting, responding to enquiries via email, phone calls and face-to-face, and performing general administration tasks.

You will ensure all enquiries, bookings and issues are managed accurately and support other departments when required.
