
Community Mental Health Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment at a public hospital.
The locum cover will be required for three months, covering the Community Mental Health service. The successful candidate must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services to patients in the community.
- Collaborate with consultant liaison teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and coordinate care.
Working Conditions:

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
- Postgraduate qualifications in psychology or a related field.
- Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a community-based role.
