Our organisation is dedicated to addressing housing issues and supporting vulnerable populations. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
The Role:- Deliver high-quality customer service to current and prospective clients via phone, email or in person.
- Welcome customers in person at our crisis entry point for homelessness services.
- Undertake various administrative tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining databases, scanning documents, contributing to projects, and providing ad-hoc support to other teams as required.
About You:
- A passion for supporting vulnerable people in the community.
- Relevant skills and experience in working effectively and sensitively with diverse customer groups with complex needs.
- Able to handle a high volume of work and prioritise effectively.
- Confidence in liaising with stakeholders including vulnerable individuals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to compose professional correspondence via email to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel between offices.
