About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Project Lead to join our team at Aliaxis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our innovation strategy and delivering high-impact projects that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex innovation projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of innovative new product development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Drive the adoption of world-class innovation processes and systems, fostering a culture of innovation excellence within the organization.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in innovation management, project management, product design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex new product projects, with a strong track record of innovation and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage with both executives and front-line customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Management, or a related field.
