We are seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to lead our strategic innovation pipeline and drive world-class innovation processes within our global water industry leader. As a key member of our team, you will project manage complex new product and innovation projects, providing strong leadership and influencing key stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to our strategic innovation pipeline, driving the development of new products and services that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with end-users, product development, and marketing teams to deliver new products that meet customer expectations.
- Project manage complex new innovation and new product projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Assist in building a culture of innovation excellence by introducing and adopting world-class innovation processes.
About You
- 7-10 years of experience in innovation management, project management, product design, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in project managing the delivery of complex new product projects.
- Strong ability to build relationships, collaborate with, and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills with strong commercial acumen, adept at engaging with executives and front-line customers.
- Curious by nature with advanced problem-solving skills and a strong desire to improve the status quo by doing things differently.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Management, or a similar field.
