Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the afternoon shift production team to achieve production goals and targets
  • Develop and implement improvement initiatives and projects to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure the team meets scheduled demands to satisfy customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of all production workstations and tasks in assembly
