About the Role- Develop and implement quality control plans and FMEA methodologies
- Conduct manufacturing capability studies and process audits
- Design and implement in-process quality control methodologies and data logging systems
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and automation projects
- Develop and implement inspection and sampling plans, as well as supplier qualification processes
- Apply 6 Sigma tools and methodologies to drive process improvements
- Collaborate with product design teams on concurrent engineering projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for new and legacy products
- Enhance customer satisfaction and quality through data-driven decision making
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer who has completed a Total Quality Management (TQM) module as part of their degree. Beneficial experience includes working in a manufacturing environment, managing suppliers, and interpreting standards and technical drawings.
The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of statistical methods in quality and process capability, as well as experience with metrology equipment and calibration.
