National Account Sales Lead

As a seasoned sales professional, you will excel in managing and growing national key accounts within the foodservice equipment space.
- Established Book of Business: Step into a role managing high-profile national accounts with strong growth potential.
- Direct Customer Impact: You'll influence kitchen operations across major restaurant brands with trusted products.
- Travel & Trade Shows: Be the face of the brand at industry events and meet clients face-to-face.
- Leadership Visibility: Report directly to executive leadership and play a key part in strategic account development.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing national key accounts in the foodservice equipment space.
- Presenting new products, offering tailored solutions, and resolving client issues with professionalism.
- Arranging and conducting demos, client meetings, and site start-ups.
- Providing accurate order entry, coordinating shipments, and maintaining detailed account records.
- Tracking customer satisfaction, payment status, upsell opportunities, and account performance.
- Communicating regularly with customer service and executive leadership.
- Representing the brand at trade shows and conferences.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Background in restaurant operations, foodservice distribution, or kitchen equipment sales.
- Exceptional communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), PowerFlex, MAS Forms (or similar tools).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a solutions-driven mindset.
Bonus Requirements:
- Prior experience managing national accounts or working with restaurant chains.
- Knowledge of kitchen layouts, broilers, or foodservice equipment.
- A track record of sales growth and customer retention.
