Are you a sales professional with a background in foodservice or restaurant operations? Do you understand how kitchen equipment impacts efficiency and performance? We're seeking a National Account Sales Manager to support and grow national accounts for an industry leader in conveyor broilers, toasters, and ThermoGlo systems.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage and grow national key accounts in the foodservice equipment space.
  • Present new products, offer tailored solutions, and resolve client issues with professionalism.
  • Arrange and conduct demos, client meetings, and site start-ups.
  • Provide accurate order entry, coordinate shipments, and maintain detailed account records.
  • Track customer satisfaction, payment status, upsell opportunities, and account performance.
  • Communicate regularly with customer service and executive leadership.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Background in restaurant operations, foodservice distribution, or kitchen equipment sales.
  • Exceptional communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), PowerFlex, MAS Forms (or similar tools).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Bonus If you Have:

  • Prior experience managing national accounts or working with restaurant chains.
  • Knowledge of kitchen layouts, broilers, or foodservice equipment.
  • A track record of sales growth and customer retention.
