Senior Executive, National Accounts Manager

This role oversees large national accounts and sales programs for our products and services.
The Director of Business Development ensures growth and expansion by developing new business while maintaining existing accounts.
- Prospecting and qualifying new customers is essential to maintain a target list of 25 qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Providing input to management to respond to changing market conditions, improve internal efficiency, and maximize results is also key.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing customers through regular customer business reviews is critical.
- The Director must anticipate or identify evolving customer needs and assist in campaigns and visitors' requirements.
- The role involves supporting company goals and objectives aligned with our Sales Strategy.
- Ensuring timely submission of bids to Tender Management for proper completion is essential.
- Preparing client quotations, presenting proposals, maintaining client records, and commercial activity with complete entry of information into our CRM system are key responsibilities.
- Updating CRM with activities as per company guidelines is necessary.
- Managing approximately 25 target customers is a significant responsibility.
- Travel may be required, and the Director serves as a liaison between customers and operational staff.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
Possessing a minimum of 10 years related experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, along with a proven track record of increasing sales year over year, is necessary.
A minimum six years sales experience in freight forwarding, proficient knowledge of all our products and Partner network, and advanced sales, negotiation, and presentation skills are also required.
