Job Title

We are seeking a Submissions Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation of high-quality EOI and tender submissions.

This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane offices.

About the Opportunity

The Submissions Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the bid process, including writing and editing content that reflects our capabilities, brand and market proposition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in submissions, proposals or a related role, ideally in a Tier 1 or 2 contractor or related industry.

  • Strong organisational and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and support review meetings.
  • Confidence working on multiple bids at once, often to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of high-quality EOI and tender submissions across a diverse range of sectors.
  • Write and edit content that reflects our capabilities, brand and market proposition.
  • Assist in coordinating bid fundamentals such as schedules, writing plans and review meetings.
  • Help to run review processes and capture feedback effectively.
  • Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders alongside the Bid Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field would be highly regarded.
