We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Associate Technology Consultant in the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting. As a member of this graduate program, you will embark on a 12- to 15-month journey that combines classroom-based learning with rotation opportunities into various teams within the business.

The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is designed to equip you with the foundations needed for success in the Customer Services & Delivery business. Throughout the program, you will learn about innovative topics, develop problem-solving skills, and cultivate effective communication to explain customer situations to business end users and SAP consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio and deliver according to service specifications
  • Conduct job rotations with various teams within the business while meeting performance requirements
  • Participate in case studies, classroom, and self-paced learnings with a mix of technical and soft-skill topics and on-the-job training
  • Work on relevant projects that demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrate problem solving, time management, and communication skills through activities during training and rotations
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Display effective communication to explain customer situations to business end users and SAP consultants
  • Adapt to knowledge on new technologies in a dynamic environment

After Graduation:

  • Support planning and execution of solution deployments, testing, and issue resolution
  • Leverage SAP's latest technology platform capabilities
  • Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
  • Support implementation and operation of technical system landscapes
  • Support connectivity of integrated system landscapes (on-premise, cloud, and hybrid) with state-of-the-art methodologies
  • Support technology component-specific consulting
  • Support delivery of system optimization services
  • Support delivery of customer workshops and trainings
