Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief Growth Strategist to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Okta, you will establish a long-term approach to net new logo pipeline generation, consistently delivering revenue targets to support YoY territory growth.

The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings. You will also build and cultivate your network of decision makers, scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet and exceed revenue quota targets.

To succeed in this role, you must be a strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including xDRs, Partners, Presales, Customer First, and others, to adopt a value-based sales approach and bring a compelling point of view to each customer.

A key aspect of this position is identifying, targeting, and gaining access to appropriate leaders in prospect accounts. You will travel as necessary to build and cultivate customer and prospect relationships.

Beyond the essential responsibilities listed above, the successful candidate will also:

  • Evaluate opportunities for collaboration and partnership within the Okta ecosystem;
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to drive business results;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes.
