Job Title: Church Relationship Manager

World Vision Australia is seeking a skilled Church Relationship Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with Australian churches, supporting the organization's work in empowering everyday Australians to create meaningful change.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of church partnerships, engaging churches and prospects to offer opportunities for impact through World Vision's programs.
  • Deliver presentations to congregations, inviting people to participate in child sponsorship and fundraising programs.
  • Grow World Vision's presence and reputation across your state, achieving financial and non-financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the not-for-profit or church sector, with a strong understanding of church movements in Australia and around the world.
  • At least five years of experience in fundraising, with demonstrated success in engaging with church partners.
  • Strong people relationship and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate stakeholders to participate in World Vision's programs.
