About the Opportunity

Embark on a transformative journey with BOQ Group as a Digital Learning Experience Designer, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Business Banking. In this permanent position, you'll be at the forefront of our digital-first, customer-centric organization, driving operational excellence, customer experience, and business performance.

This new role is strategically aligned with our Business Bank's growth plan, requiring a collaborative partnership to build, embed, execute, and refine innovative learning experiences. You'll support the delivery of the capability and talent framework for the division, considering customer, technical, and leadership capabilities required to achieve the Business Bank strategy.

Your responsibilities will include designing training pathways, operating rhythms, upskilling programs, performance support, coaching, and feedback tools, all focused on driving strong commercial outcomes, strengthening our risk culture, and solidifying relationships.

You'll engage with division leaders to identify and prioritize capability development, manage program rollouts, and ensure desired business and learner outcomes are met. Additionally, you'll coach and guide a team of capability partners and designers on best practices.

By building strategic partnerships and providing coaching and training, you'll help embed capability development into the flow of work, making a real impact and contributing to the future of Business Banking at BOQ Group.

About You

We're seeking an experienced professional in capability development and talent management, particularly within the Business Banking space. As a natural business partner and facilitator, you'll design engaging learning experiences that resonate with people. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you approach problem-solving with a human-centered design and systems thinking mindset.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus benefits.
