Program Coordinator

The University of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Centre of Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating research and operations, including reporting requirements, expenditure monitoring, and the development of internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate research and operations, including reporting requirements and expenditure monitoring
- Support the Centre Director with external research contracts and funding applications
- Develop and maintain a register of project milestones, timelines, and draft reports, submissions, proposals, and other external documents
- Rapidly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures in finance, travel, and hospitality
- Coordinate Centre events, including meetings and conferences, and help create engagement materials
