Clinical Expert in Offender Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Practitioner of Forensic Intervention to join our team. As a key member of our Forensic Intervention Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class treatment and reducing reoffending.
Our Forensic Intervention Services are committed to enabling violent and sexual offenders to change their behaviour and develop insights that lead to better choices. We achieve this by providing evidence-based screening, assessment, and offence-specific intervention services to support rehabilitation.
The successful candidate will have a high-level understanding of forensic service systems and Restorative Justice practices. They will also possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to undertake risk assessments and deliver complex projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Proactively identifying and responding to strategic issues impacting on the delivery of clinical services;
- Delivering after-hours services and managing travel commitments;
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have:
- A highly developed understanding of forensic service systems and Restorative Justice practices;
- Extensive experience in managing complex projects and processes;
- Expertise in undertaking risk assessments and delivering offence-specific interventions;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and influencing complex issues;
