Job Role Overview
This key position is responsible for effectively managing project and program schedules to ensure efficient tracking.
- Key responsibilities include implementing scheduling best practices across projects and programs, setting up tasks and subtasks to meet project requirements and resource forecasts, evaluating project schedule progress and identifying problem areas, analysing critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule, supporting project management teams with change management processes and systems, developing dashboard reporting and schedule assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum 5 years' experience in project or program management, experience in ICT scheduling for programs, projects, and portfolios, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead and drive outcomes to ensure schedule quality and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills are also required.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is necessary to perform tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
