We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Scheduling Coordinator to join our National Response Centre team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of all administrative functions connected with the scheduling and dispatch of field services activity.

This role is ideal for someone wanting to gain experience within a call centre environment in a customer-facing position.

Key responsibilities include:

Efficient Job Planning

Plan and allocate jobs to ensure logistical soundness, efficiency, and effective use of resources.

Clients Relationship Management

Manage client conversations in compliance with client guidelines to deliver a positive end-customer experience.

Problem-Solving

Participate actively in problem-solving and finding solutions for scheduling difficulties, consulting with Work Force Controller and other stakeholders.

Daily Liaison

Liaise with field resources, supervisors, and client stakeholders, responding to enquiries and feedback in a prompt, efficient, and supportive manner.

About You

As a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-centered individual, you thrive in fast-paced environments. With excellent communication and organisational skills and previous experience in a call centre or scheduling administrative role, you'll excel in this position.

To be considered, you'll have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre or scheduling administrative role, prioritisation and time management skills, and efficiency and accurate data entry skills.
