A senior financial professional is required to provide high-level financial expertise to a local government body in Melbourne. The role involves developing strong relationships with project managers and business units, providing strategic advice and analysis to support the delivery of community projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer-focused finance services that deliver practical solutions and improved practices.
  • Support the development of the Council's Capital Works Program and ensure all reporting requirements are met.
  • Undertake complex financial analysis for major projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in capital works, assets, or business partnering within a large-scale organisation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • CA/CPA qualification or working towards.
  • Proficiency with TechOne/CI Anywhere is an asset.
