The Opportunity
We are seeking a CRM Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships and develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value through effective campaign management and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Brief and execute campaigns with attention to detail
- Owning execution of customer journey flows across multiple domains
- Identifying critical conversion points and partnering with E-commerce and development teams to enhance customer experience
- Constantly identifying campaign AB testing opportunities to improve CVR and CTR
- Measuring and reporting performance of Flows, referencing insights on why something is or isn't working
- Developing and implementing triggered/automated flows to support customer conversion, retention, referral, cross-selling, and reactivation
- Managing relationships with vendors like Klaviyo to work on improvements and account optimisation
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar position within the online Fashion industry desirable
- Experience using Klaviyo not essential but highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills with ability to work with large datasets
- Exposure to conversion strategy and experience with email and SMS strategy
- Ability to build strong relationships with external partners
- High level written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail and autonomy
