Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in North Canberra. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, handling repairs and maintenance, arrears management, building and maintaining relationships, ingoings, outgoings, and routine inspections.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in property management, a current certificate of registration, and a driver's license. They should also possess a high level of professionalism, maturity, life experience, and ability to manage various stations. A commitment to superior customer service, resilience, and an energetic approach are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing 90-100 properties
  • Handling repairs and maintenance
  • Arrears management
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Ingoings, outgoings, and routine inspections
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
