As a Commercial Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for real estate to develop their career and work alongside industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties
- Communicate directly with property owners and tenants
- Conduct property inspections and site visits, coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- Oversee lease document management, negotiate lease renewals, and ensure compliance with tenant and landlord obligations
- Assist with financial management, including rent collection, arrears management, and outgoings budgets and reconciliations
Requirements:
- A motivated, proactive individual with a passion for real estate
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- A positive team player who is eager to learn and grow
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current Real Estate Registration
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Cirrus 8 or Re-Leased software is a plus
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
