They're seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their thriving Commercial Property team in Brisbane.

About the Role: As a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team, you'll work on a broad range of matters, including: Structuring and negotiating joint ventures and commercial developments.
Advising on commercial and retail leasing agreements.
Managing complex property transactions, including pastoral and crown leases.
Providing strategic guidance on town planning and environmental compliance.
You'll collaborate closely with clients, delivering tailored, high-quality advice while building lasting relationships.
With direct mentoring from experienced partners, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of matters and further develop your expertise.
About You: You're a driven and passionate lawyer with:4+ years of post-admission experience in commercial property law.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft clear, concise legal documents.
A client-focused mindset, with a knack for building trust and delivering results.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
