Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our Property & Development team in Brisbane.

The team's focus lies with transactions involving significant property assets including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing (including agreements for lease) for both landlords and tenants, development projects, and the acquisition, structuring, planning, construction and sale of 'off the plan' residential apartment developments.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in complex property and leasing transactions and property development;
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements and allocating risk in a commercially astute manner;
  • Strong technical, analytical and communication skills, along with a deep knowledge of the property industry, to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice and outcomes for clients;
  • Excellent matter management skills, with the ability to scope matters appropriately and manage fee estimates and billing effectively;
  • A strong commitment to client service and developed relationship management skills, as you will play a key role in supporting and developing relationships with clients; and
  • The ability and willingness to mentor and manage junior colleagues and support other team members.
