About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain key systems and statistics to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor people and plant compliance on the Health and Safety Management system to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date registers and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage Health and Safety documents and induction content to ensure all employees are properly trained.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key health and safety metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years administration experience, preferably in a construction environment.
  • Experience using Health and Safety specific software or data management software is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills, as well as intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, are essential for this role.
