Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver impactful training programs to grow staff capabilities.
  • Design and deliver effective training methods to build staff skills.
  • Align training with current and future service needs.
  • Evaluate training impact on individual and organisational performance.
  • Deliver software-specific training and collaborate across teams for integrated learning.
  • Manage logistics and produce relevant training documentation.
  • Maintain accurate training records to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and monitor strategies that make a real difference for our teams and job seekers.
Selection Criteria Includes:
  • Experience in Disability Employment or similar sectors.
  • Cert IV Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience).
  • Effective communication expert who is organised, tech-savvy, and creative.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, meet KPIs, and drive performance.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse range of people – including government and funders.
  • Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required.
