Key Responsibilities- Lead nursing teams, guide clinical practices, and ensure high-quality care is consistently delivered.
- Oversee innovative projects and programs designed to enhance service delivery and consumer experiences.
- A Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent) and registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- At least 3 years post-registration experience in mental health nursing, with demonstrated expertise in supervision and leadership.
- Experience working with Aboriginal consumers and ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds.
The base salary range for this position is $121,537 - $126,970 per annum, in addition to which you will receive superannuation, leave loading, zone allowance, professional development allowance, and salary sacrificing benefits.
