Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding career in care? We have an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to join our team

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include assisting with domestic cleaning, personal care, transportation, community access, and companionship.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure their independence and wellbeing.

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Assist clients with household chores and meal preparation

We are seeking applicants who possess excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and the ability to work independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Driver's licence
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card (paid)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Australian Criminal History Check
