
Business Project Coordinator

Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in driving success across various business initiatives.
This position is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse range of internal stakeholders on a broad variety of property projects for both private and government sectors. As part of the Corporate Marketing and Communication Team, you will also have opportunities within the Business Development Centre to contribute to the development and implementation of national marketing and communications initiatives for the broader ANZ business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation, development and delivery of tailored submissions and marketing materials for major projects, including bids, pitches and presentations.
- Work alongside the Business Development Centre team to workshop bespoke and creative bid delivery solutions that provide a point of difference, including template designs, project branding and EDM formats.
- Attend and participate in project briefing and bid kick-off meetings.
- Identify and source relevant content to support the requirements of each bid.
- Effectively engage with a range of stakeholders and SMEs across various service lines to coordinate bid input and content requirements.
- Assist with reviewing, editing and developing bid content in line with the company's brand, such as team profiles, case studies and capability statements.
- Uphold all client and third-party confidentiality requirements, as may be required as part of the bid process.
- Act as a custodian of the Business Development Centre's bid content, template and knowledge library.
- In collaboration with the Business Development Centre Team, assist with the quality management of bid templates and supporting collateral across the business, ensuring compliance with best practice pitching processes and company brand guidelines.
- As required, provide support to our Graphic Designer, including contributing to, updating and formatting content in Adobe InDesign, creating EDM templates and sourcing imagery.
- Monitor, review and update Business Development Centre content on various communications platforms, including the Colliers ANZ Hub.
- Actively contribute to regular team meetings, including ideas to streamline and enhance the Business Development Centre's delivery platform and grow its service offering.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in marketing, business or communications, with previous hands-on bid coordination experience in a professional services or B2B environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to work beyond standard working hours to meet deadlines, as required.
- The desire to share enthusiasm, energy and ideas to drive success within the Team and wider business.
