
Business Project Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including contract management and coordination of projects across teams. They will ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, as well as review and update programs and processes to reflect market and regulatory changes.
- Administer contracts and loan servicing agreements to guarantee compliance with regulations and company policies.

- Liaise with clients brokers and partners to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation systems and standardize administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate projects across teams and monitor progress against goals, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide reports and analysis to support management decision-making, using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage contractors and office-related operations, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly.
- Prepare submissions and reports for regulators, investors, and internal use, presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
- Collect and analyze project data, reporting on outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Plan and arrange office space to meet operational needs, ensuring that the workspace is efficient and productive.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a strong understanding of project management principles and contract administration. They should also have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in program or project administration, preferably in the finance or mortgage lending sector.
