Key Responsibilities- Process Standardization: Develop and implement standardized governance frameworks to ensure consistency across our network operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute major function and network-wide continuous improvement projects to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead a small team of continuous improvement specialists to achieve strategic objectives and drive cultural change.
- Lean Methodologies: Apply Lean principles (DMAIC) and analytical approaches to improve operational efficiency and capabilities.
- Process Mapping: Model, design, and map process flows to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
- Change Management: Sponsor and develop existing LEAN practices, coach, and mentor Lean Green Belt practitioners to drive cultural change and continuous improvement.
We are seeking a committed leader with a proven track record of driving change and delivering results. You will have a Black Belt qualification, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to build fact-based arguments for change.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience in applying Lean practices within an operational/logistics environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively to drive tangible continuous improvement outcomes.
- Proven experience in influencing business leaders to embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
