Project Marketing Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Project Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in delivering national and state marketing strategies at a local level, driving awareness and lead conversion across residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and localize marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and optimize conversion performance.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create engaging marketing assets (digital, print, event-based) that support brand awareness, lead nurturing, community engagement, and sales.
  • Manage project-level marketing resources and reporting, tracking ROI and campaign results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure unified execution and brand consistency.
About You
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in retirement living or property, with expertise in campaign delivery and agency collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, eDM builders, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to interpret customer insights, market trends, and competitor data to shape effective marketing strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills, managing stakeholders, and fostering a positive work culture aligned with our values.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with travel to sites, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to evolving business needs.
