About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Strategist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical support in monitoring our business performance.

The key focus areas include:

  • Overseeing and managing our annual financial plan
  • Monthly budget variance reporting
  • Reserve management
  • Product costing/pricing
  • Financial analysis for our group of entities

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across the business, providing valuable financial insights and guidance to support their strategic decision-making processes.

In addition, this role will lead the proactive management and development of financial reporting methods, practices, policies, procedures, and systems, whilst meeting legislative requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will hold a business-related degree and be CA/CPA qualified. Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and products is desired, coupled with significant experience and a proven track record of continuous improvement in developing and delivering business performance reporting, annual budgeting, and successful support of business initiatives.
