Job Title: Project Supervisor

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to lead the delivery of activities in the Northern Growth Area. The successful applicant will have a strong background in project supervision, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Directly supervise consultants' work associated with the Northern Growth Area Structure Plan.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with consultants and Council staff to ensure works are delivered safely and correctly within project timeframes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of consultants to ensure program milestones and critical dates are met.
Main Tasks:
  • Progress Updates: Provide regular updates and advice to internal project committees, directors, managers, and external stakeholders on project performance.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with WHS responsibilities and conduct weekly and monthly WHS safety audits.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess critical project issues and risks, and provide solutions and expertise to project managers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience relevant to the role, including a minimum of five years' experience.
  • Licence: Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Training: General Construction Induction Training Card.
