Are you an experienced early learning professional who's ready to take their career to the next level, honing leadership skills and helping to build a successful business?
As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Tatton, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre's local community.
**In this role, you will**:
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
**About Goodstart Tatton**:
Goodstart Tatton is a purpose-built centre located in the beautiful area of Tatton, just on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga. Our lovely centre is conveniently next to a newly established medical centre and only a short drive from local schools and a bustling shopping complex. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and education for children aged between 6 weeks and 5 years, across all five rooms and can cater for up to 76 children per day.
Our team of long-standing, dedicated educators boast over 150 combined years of early childhood experience. We're incredibly proud of the environment we've created here, which is supportive, collaborative, and inclusive. Moreover, we are delighted to be part of a vibrant multicultural community.
