Position Summary :

The Senior Security Operations Manager will oversee operational procedures, working 7 days a week with overnight shifts expected. This role requires strong knowledge of security operations and effective leadership skills.

You will be responsible for communicating effectively with employees and clients, managing employee-related matters, and providing guidance on security duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, conflict resolution experience, and knowledge of asset protection.

Key Responsibilities :

  • You will implement operational requirements and changes as requested by SOS Management and/or clients.
  • Rostering/Staffing Duties and responding to disciplinary measures for staff concerns are also key responsibilities.
  • Recruitment assistance and creating clear guidelines for security personnel are also essential tasks.

Job Benefits :

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
