
Leading Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in planning and scheduling construction activities, monitoring project progress, and resolving problems.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical), Construction Management, or equivalent, and have previous experience in managing construction-based projects. Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and scheduling construction activities
- Monitoring project progress and resolving problems
- Supervising and coordinating resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Providing financial assessments and information that support planning, budgeting, and reporting activities
As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with our talented team, including Project Coordinators, Supervisors, and Field Crew, based out of our office in Caboolture, with regular travel across the Northern Brisbane region.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional technical skills, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
