Policy Lead Job Opportunity

This is a maximum term contract for 4 years leading a team of technical specialists providing oversight and quality control in the preparation of policy directions and integration of policy updates for strategic planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice in land use planning to meet community needs in the City of Moreton Bay area.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide quality control and feedback in planning scheme content drafting.
  • Build relationships across internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved.

About You:

  • Ability to lead projects, teams, and oversee delivery of complex strategic planning projects and specialist project teams.
  • Substantial experience in project management, risk management practices, and adjusting to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • High-level experience providing expert land use planning and technical advice to stakeholders.
