We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Development Services team in the major growth area of Waraba.

About the Role

  • Oversee a team of 8 in delivering development assessment and compliance services
  • Manage specialists providing planning assessment and compliance advice and expertise to key stakeholders
  • Deliver integrated and sustainable planning outcomes through negotiation of infrastructure agreements and acquisition of developer-contributed transport and storm water infrastructure

Key Qualifications

  • High-level knowledge and experience in Town Planning or Engineering
  • Relevant degree and considerable experience in delivery of complex, large-scale development work projects
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills to drive sustainable outcomes
